The Kern Senior Network is an informational group in Kern County with the goal of providing help for senior’s and their care-takers. This website allows service providers to register with the blog, make a donation, and post information on the site that can help the readers. I integrated the login process with paypal, stripped the WordPress dashboard for contributors, and setup a recurring annual payment for providers based on the categories in which they wished to post information.
Also, this WordPress extension allows contributors to post a bio of their company or services which is tied to their posts and every posts is monitored by an administrator and approved before becoming an article on the site.
