I’ve built dozens of WordPress plugins. One such plugin is a rotating text and image sidebar widget. This WordPress widget I built allows the administrators to add a title, a description, a link, and upload an image and feature them in the sidebar.
The content rotates in the sidebar using the jQuery Content Rotator I built and is included with the plugin. There are not very many widgets for WordPress available that allow you to upload images using WordPress’s built in uploader and I couldn’t find anything like this available anywhere on the web. And, that’s why I built this for them from the ground up.
